The fine print...
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking and the balance is due the day of the shoot. Once your deposit is made and your date is confirmed, you will be scheduled for your session. We understand that sometimes life throws us all curveballs, so we ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations. There is no rescheduling fee for things out of our control, ie; inclement weather/ poor shooting conditions, emergencies, breakdowns, illness, etc. However, rescheduled shoots due to the aforementioned reasons will be fit in when available and will be given a thirty day window, from the original session date, to be fulfilled. If they are not fulfilled within the window provided, the contract will be be voided. Please make note of your session date and time. Write it on the family calendar, tattoo it on your arm, make sure the people involved in your session are aware of the correct date, time AND location. Check the date and then check it again. Forgetting about your session will result in a 25% rescheduling fee, and nobody wants that. Especially us!
We want to be able to give you our undivided attention and successfully capture the moments that will last you a lifetime, so please be on time. Arriving early to the session is always better. Especially if you have a specific location in mind that may be crowded.
